Great value and very convenient to drop the car off and go shopping. Not 5 stars because it can be extremely busy and appointments are often met late.
They couldn’t mount new tires on existing wheels appropriately which was fine so I asked to cancel the order. They cancelled the order (after some back and forth) and returned my old tires on existing wheels deflated (causing them to be unusable without inflating elsewhere) AND left a valve stem out of one tire so I couldn’t even inflate it if I had the means. I got my wheels/tires back in worse condition than when delivered.
To top it all off they let a rookie with no experience drive our manual BMW and he couldn’t get the car in gear, almost rolled it into a bunch of Costco carts and ground it into first gear. Absolute garbage workmanship and mediocre service at best. Do not recommend.
The worst customer service, I had to wait 45 min in the cold and rain because they can’t give accurate estimate on how much time they need to do the only job that they do everyday.
When they are trying to sell you tires it’s 1 hour, then when you ask first time, just 10-15 min more then some rude tall white male comes out with the new rule that all service takes 2 hours minimum.
I don’t mind if it takes a day, but just tell the truth about how long you need so I can act accordingly in keeping my family warm and dry, not standing in the rain for 45 min or stay in a tiny room with 4 people during Covid.
It appears to me that all Costco workers are rude or unprofessional one way or another lately.
They replaced the tires on my car but could not calibrate the computer sensor with the new tire sizes. 1st time took 3 hours and I had to inquire if my car was done (which it has been for awhile with no call). 2nd time took 3 hours again with no notification of completion and still were unable to calibrate the tires. Advised to contact vehicle dealership to get fixed.
*Edited* Sensor programming cost $20.00 at Mitsubishi.
Excellent pricing and service. Gary is one of the nicest person there and gives very sound advice. He would take the time and give you different scenarios and outcomes. I would highly recommend going there for a tire service!
