Last weekend, I visited this Costco to return the product and change the membership card.

I remember a really great employee.
Her name is KATHIE.💖

She felt very sorry for the points I would lose if I changed my membership now and explained the best way to do it very kindly and nicely to me. She even needed more effort to make me understand it because I am not good at English.
I sincerely appreciate her warm heart and consideration. She was very good enough to erase the memory of another employee who was very rude and mean to me before, and also she has really beautiful smiles. The Abbots Costco is really lucky to have her.👍👍👍

Have been going here for years. Staff are amazing, mostly knowledgeable, and they are starting to have a lot more vegan options!

I haven’t been to other locations but that’s probably because this one meets all my needs.

Optometry center: Great! The staff is super helpful even though they’re usually busy. Not sure about the private optometrist but 🤷‍♀️

Phone kiosk: staff are great, always getting you the best deal to meet your needs out of a phone and plan! 📱They really go above and beyond there.

Amazing and friendly customer service. Nicely organized. Easy layout. And always kind employees to guide you. Not too crowded or busy in the weekdays. Weekends do get a lot of traffic

Heard they now deliver. Thought this is awesome with the first delivery free. Looked up coffee the one I usually purchase is $4.00 more on line than in the store. Be careful you are paying in the long run almost 20% more in some cases.
