Have gone a couple times to get keys cut, always quick, kind, and easy! Nice to deal with a local business rather than the hit/miss service you get at the big box stores. They’re just as cheap as the stores too, so there’s really no reason not to go to Cote!

I used them when we moved into our new house. They rekeyed 2 locks. The service was fast and efficient. However our garage lock which we have used maybe 10 times has broken. We can no longer use it. We contacted the company and they started since it has been 3 years since it was rekeyed it is no longer covered by warranty. Very disappointing.

I cannot say enough about this amazing company and great customer service, with their absolute quick response. While there were here I got my keys cut. What a great team!! I will be using their services again.
