The worst experience ever. I have been going here since 2016 and usually enjoy the staff and Dentists. Today I had a dentist I have never met before and he did work that the last dentist said I didn’t need. In fact the last dentist at their practice said I had no cavities and today they were going to build up part of a tooth. I had no idea until the end of the visit that this dentist was doing unnecessary work that the previous dentist at their practice didn’t say I needed. The dentist apologized and said well it’s covered. No it’s not I still have to pay a certain portion. Absolutely unprofessional, poor communication between dentists and the feeling that they just don’t care. This dentist helped make my decision to leave this practice for good. Beware people. BEWARE

My family have been going to Cottonwood Mall Dental for 8 years. Dr.Tatiana and Dr.Igor are the best. They are very professional, polite ,honest and gentle. The best dental office and very friendly staff. Highly recommended .
