Been a patient here for 10 years and was just dropped because their desk lady screwed up my appointment, showed up thinking it was a filling. Had absolutely nothing done. Got upset. Paid 150 to be told the cavity I have doesnt need to be filled.2 years ago I was also given WAAAAAAY too much freezing AND MY THROAT SWELLED UP TO THE POINT I COULD NOT BREATHE AND HAD TO BE ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL. Still have a video recording of it lol.
Not to mention Dr Ky Ly wont care to help you unless he knows you have coverage and can charge you as much as possible lol.

Great service, one place we would highly recommend. Have been a patient for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and include appointment reminders. Our hygienist is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Ky Ly is very pleasant and explains the work to be done on our teeth and why.
