I am one of Dr Tatzels clients for urology. Hesitant at first if I liked her or not but she really allowed me to warm up to her and ask any questions I need to understand the task at hand. She’s very smart in her practise and will do anything for you to make sure you’re ok with what the next steps are. I give Dr Tatzel 5 stars however I give the receptionists 2 because I feel like some of them need a lesson in customer service. Had to phone them today and ended up leaving a message to call back about a prescription and got a call back about 2 hours later and the lady (Didn’t catch her name) on the phone was very rude, annoyed and quick to get off the phone. She expected me to know that Dr Tatzel sent a prescription to my new pharmacy when nobody from the office had advised me that she did. Completely unprofessional and lack of respect on the phone.
