What a great experience.They took me in right on the dot when my appointment was scheduled.They tested my hearing at first.Mike, the technician,was top-notch.I then had my consultation with Dr.Hartl.He explained my condition,known as a “Surfer’s Ear”and immediately proceeded to correct it in about 30 minutes.The overall time was what they forecasted.I could not suggest one thing to improve their service.Thank you to Dr.Hartl and his team for a great experience.

We did not have a good experience here. To begin, our child’s ears were completely obstructed with wax, as per the pediatrician’s assessment as well as my wife’s (she’s a nurse). The pediatrician made it clear that we cannot move forward with a treatment plan (to determine if there was an ear infection and if he needed antibiotics) until the obstructions were removed.
Fast forward to Dr. Hartl’s office assistant to book a time: she was SO RUDE to my wife on the phone saying that they cannot do anything until the infection is taken care of. I could hear her yelling at my wife over the phone. Our question was “how can you treat something if you don’t know it’s there?” She refused to inform Dr Hartl despite her request to consult with him. It was such an obvious power struggle with her.
Appointment day: My son and I go into (he’s 3) the examination room and it was obvious he was going to cry. Dr. Hartl looked into ONE ear (our referral was for both) and says “this kid’s ear is completely open!” I was so confused. He didn’t look into both, even after I asked him to. He did absolutely nothing and left the room.
When we got home, my wife used her scope and could see that both of ears were still completely blocked.
What a waste of time. Never again.

I’m 50yrs old and have seen alot of doctors and specialists in my time . I can honestly say Dr harrtl is the best Dr I ever came across .This Dr has the best bed side manners and makes you feel very comfortable with any visit or procedures I once praised him at how good of a Doctor I thought he was…..He looked at me and said…’ Paul I love my job and I love helping people…..enough said ..It takes me an hr to get here but I don’t care because it’s always a pleasure to see this Doctor…..and his receptionist are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what’s going on……can’t say enough about thisoffice

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Whole experience just wonderful and he cured me. Suffering with ear infection for 2 months..he solved it and cured it. I’m over the moon. Thanks Dr. Trevor great meeting you and your staff.

Dr. Hartl was absolutely amazing!! My 7 year-old son can be quite nervous about seeing doctors (like many children!) and was terrified of having his tonsils and adenoids taken out. Dr. Hartl made him so comfortable he looked forward to going to see the doctor. The surgery went incredibly well, and my son was so well taken care of. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hartl!
