Absolutely amazing service! I came to this salon a couple years back and fainted when I was there, hitting my chin and needing stitches. I believe it was Sophie who helped me, but she brought me to the hospital and stayed with me for hours, giving me reassurance and nothing but generosity. The entire staff gave me the help I needed, whether it was water, food, or just going to the hospital, which I, at the moment, had no family to help me with. I have never met someone so genuine and caring, and for this, they deserve more than 5 stars!! The staff is incredibly kind and I cannot recommend this place enough for simply their inviting mannerisms, let alone their talent and skills in the field itself!!
If you want to have a pleasant experience with nice and friendly people, then go here! You won’t regret it.

This is probably the best nail salon I’ve been too in Hamilton! Super clean and beautiful inside. I had Lulu do my nails, and she is so kind, fun, funny, and made me feel like a friend! I not only got great nails, but I was constantly happy and felt every need was looked after! 10/10 would recommend!

Was just here earlier today. I came to get my nails done for my wedding. I am so happy with the job Kit did in my nails. She was amazing. Thank you again Kit!!!
