I have worked on many projects over the past two years with Elite Fire. It has been a pleasure to work with them, as they are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their quality of work, from fire alarm system installations to fire safety plans, is excellent.

A guy came in to change my smoke detector and he didn’t even put on shoe protector. I nicely asked him if he could take off his shoes because I don’t allow outside shoes inside my house and his response was ” sorry, I can’t take my shoes off. We’re not allowed to take our shoes off because we work with electricity”..
I’ve never heard of any trade’s people not carry shoe protector when going into someone’s home. They have no respect and he made a mess, I had to vaccuum after….unacceptable service

Told me it would take 2 weeks to do a simple hydrotest and that they couldn’t even tell me how it much it was going to cost over the phone. Why would I drive all the way to a place that can’t even tell me the price of their service?

This company is responsible for critically damaging almost 40 units in my building with a flood. Both elevators were critically damaged stranding numerous elderly people who were not able to take the stairs. The result of this forced families to move into hotels for 3 months, during a global pandemic. Absolutely shocking.
