I don’t like sharing bad reviews but I feel like I have an obligation to warn others so they don’t ruin their hair.
If you are going for a hair cut or a normal dye then this place is totally fine but if you want to have your hair transition into another colour like a BALAYAGE OR OMBRE DO NOT GO HERE. (I’m bolding because it is the most important takeaway)
I wish I took pictures but right after I left I quickly booked an appointment with a different hair salon and got my hair fixed (as best as it could) the next day.
I got a balayage and there was absolutely no transition from my normal hair to the dyed colour. There was a very line all around my head and there were even some patches missing.
This was over a year ago and my hair is still damaged from having to get bleached twice and I only every go to get my hair done once a year.
I know now to ask a salon how often they perform a procedure before booking. They may have balayage listed but if the hairdresser doesn’t do it often enough, they wont have the proper skills.

Krystle has been cutting my hair for a few years now, she is great! Always leave loving my cut and colour. Rest of the salon is always super friendly. Great salon downtown Guelph!
