Good size portions of food ! Friendly wait staff.

They deserve -1 but unfortunately there is no such mark! Definitely the rudest and stupidest people have met in person. Customer service is non-existent, they have no clue how to talk to people, dumb and dumber basically. I will never make appointment with them again. They suck big time.

Why were there four customers booked ahead for the same time slot with the same stylist? I assume that when I book a time with a certain stylist that I will be getting a hair cut around that time! One would think after doing this for months after reopening that this would not happen. The agents did not solve the problem and instead just retreated to the back of the store. Brutal. I felt sorry for the stylist that was quadruple booked – nobody (But one for a short period of time) seemed to want to problem solve. #terriblecustomerservice

Very pricey. A men’s haircut is now $25 without tip. Seems a little excessive for a discount haircutter. Also do not give receipts anymore only debit receipt and did not check to see if hair was adequate after cut. Didn’t asks how I wanted my hairline at the back and was pretty rough.
Will probably seek other options from now on.

That response was lack luster, I understand costs are rising but you did not comment on the other issues which is the reason for the low star rating. Focus should be on the customer not the validation of what we are all facing.
