Customer service is poor when it comes to returns and exchanges. I was dealing with Sam- he was very rude. They have no problem taking your money but if something is not right with the product they sold, they make it very difficult to return or exchange. It’s better to go somewhere where you can guarantee better customer service , especially if something goes wrong with the product.
