Have now purchased window coverings for two homes from Gayles. The staff is wonderful and they have a wide range of products to choose from for any budget. Highly recommend them over the chain stores who really couldn’t be bothered with customer service.

Beautiful workmanship at very reasonable price!

Two years ago we replaced some windows and found that our existing blinds were too large. We took them to Gayle’s, though we hadn’t purchased them there, to see if they could cut them down. Christine told me about the difficulties involved and that the manufacturer recommend against it. Nevertheless she agreed to try one with no guarantees. It worked out well so they did the others. One of them had a tiny tear and she refused to charge for that one and charged less than the quote for the others.
Two weeks ago the lift mechanism failed in another blind, again not purchased from Gayle’s. I took it in and Christine called Hunter Douglas and waited on hold for more than half an hour to get me a warranty number so I could take it to repair facility where it was repaired at no cost.
Gayle’s is an outstanding local company in my view. I’d give them six stars if I could.

I’ve worked with Gayle’s on many projects over the years and I just had some antique chairs reupholstered. They did a beautiful job on them. Great selection of product and they were very helpful with fabric selection. Highly recommend.
