The best place to go to get your hair cut, washed or done any way you need. Nikki is awesome. She not only is great with ladies hair but men’s and children’s hair as well. Especially when a child has decided that cutting their own bangs is ok. Nikki will find a way to make it work. She is also great with kids who wiggle a lot or anything else like my son. She works with them to get their hair done.
I cannot recommend a better place for you whole family to go.

This salon is the only one I’ll go to for my hair. There are few to none in this area who can do thick, curly, afro-mix/ethnic hair. My hair doesn’t take to normal products and she’ll work with the products to get me the best look for my hair.

Have used Nicole for years prior to her owning the salon. If she can straighten my hair and do the colour, she can do anyone’s. I also love to support small, single independent business owners. This location has been around in the area for about 50 years I believe in an obscure, walkable location in Barrie’s East End. She also does her best to help with our community and local charities such as Gilda’s Cut, Barrie Food Bank, Shoebox Project for Women (Shelters) and Women & Children’s Shelter.

Super friendly and fun service. I love to support local businesses and stay away from chains, and Nicole runs a great little neighbourhood salon! Walked in on my way home from work and was able to get a cut right away. My hair feels so healthy now, thanks Nicole!

Great experience with haircut and affordable price

I went in to get my hair dyed for the colour to conquer fundraiser and i asked for a pastel pink with a shadow root (I showed her the pic below) and the owner did not do it properly at all. My hair was dyed a hot magenta pink and she did not to a shadow root. I told her it was not what I ask for and wanted my money back and she refused and told me she did my hair how I wanted. she would not admit she did it wrong. I asked for half my money back and she still would not give it to me, even though I paid 200$ to get it fixed.
The owner was quite rude and raised her voice to me when I called and when I went in to talk to her she refused to acknowledge what I was saying.
