Today, I had an appointment but it was cancelled just 25 minutes before my appointment. I was all set to go there and ready for my appointment. I totally understand something unexpected things happens, but it was a completely short notice. My back pain has been getting serious, so I was looking forward to this appointment and I arranged my schedule for this appointment. What disappointed me most is that the way your staff dealt with this situation. I expected the staff to rearrange my schedule or give other time options so that I can choose or book right away to make up for this sudden cancellation. However, what I heard from the staff was only “sorry”. There’s “No” any other solution, alternative or even effort to compensate this short cancellation. I was the first to ask when the earliest time would be. Saying only “sorry” is not going to cut it.

This clinic has so many things to offer. Jamie and her team are awesome and super friendly. This clinic really has a community feel and I highly recommend it.

I go see Jeff White at Hartwell and he always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed when helping me address the pain points. At the end of the session not only do I walk home feeling good like a jello, I always walk away with DIY relieves I can do at home. Thank you for your expertise, professionalism and the most wonderful helping hand (pun intended)!

I started coming to Hartwell therapy when I was living around the area, but even after moving an hour away I find myself coming back when I need some physio or massage work don’t.

The awesome part is the fact that they have consistent great service on both their locations, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the facilities are always clean and inviting.

Jamie, the owner, is fantastic. I always enjoy my sessions with her. She is so friendly, upbeat, and explains everything thoroughly! All my interactions with the staff have been wonderful. Hartwell Therapy and Wellness has a great atmosphere- professional but fun and with great energy!
