I received excellent service from the contractors counter. Eric and staff worked hard to find the product I wanted even bringing some in from other locations to fill my order. Eric even called me while on his vacation to assist with my order and contacted me daily with updates. It seemed like everyone at the contractors checkout counter was helping with my order. They all deserve a big 10 for their service.

This store should be a model for all other businesses.
To many businesses have forgotten what true customer service is all about.
On can quickly tell that this is something promoted from the top down.

Next to no cashiers

Place has good variety but it’s almost impossible to get a sales staff to attend to you. There are a couple of very helpful staff especially a guy with Indian features. He is very enterprising. Unfortunately I don’t know his name. But on most occasions I find sales staff either chatting with each other or just not in sight.

Nice experience at this location yesterday. Came here around 12pm to check out the garden centre and purchase a peace lily – I’ve wanted one for a long time. Beautiful variety of plants and all of them were in great condition! The store wasn’t busy and there wasn’t a linup at cash either. Figured it would have probably been pretty busy for a Saturday afternoon but it was great! I definitely plan on returning to check out more plants!
