Good experience with Tetyana. Her responses were very quick through email and phone calls since we had to stay home due to covid 19.She was well knowledgeable and the front desk was polite. We appreciate their hard-working.

Went to do my taxes here today and had a great experience! Tax professional, Fayeza, was great in assisting me with my taxes and got it done in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

We went there for the first time this year. Everything went smoothly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were two options, the dropoff or the in-person interview. We saw George, this man was great. He didn’t just stop at receiving the documents and putting them in. He took the time to explain everything and gave tips for higher tax return in the future. Would definitely recommend them.

Horrible experience and horrible service

On April 17,2021 at 11:00 am, I had a meeting in person with Diane Audet a tax advisor at H&R 261 Montreal Road.
When i walk in to do my taxes, she said that her system is down and that she cannot process my taxes, another lady come in and she said that I need to leave immediatly because of Covid restrictions . I showed her the appointement confirmation that stated a face to face meeting.
She started yelling on me and was very rude.
She threatened me to call her manager or the police and threw the documents on my face.
I know this comment will go to garbage but I will sue her. This is a horrible experience.
I work for a bank for many years, I’ve been always a customer-centric and I never saw such horrible service.

The service is good in the staff are very friendly I like doing business at h&r Block.
