Post having a personal accountant for many years, last year whilst walking through Lime Ridge, I had decided to stop by the kiosk and get some information on tax services and pricing. When I stopped by, I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Jenny Wang, a senior tax professional with H&R Block, and she was courteous and helpful – all in one.

With her filling me on details and pricing, I had left impressed. Before I had departed the mall that day, I had made an appointment with her and happy I did. When I showed up a few days later, she was punctual and started my taxes immediately, with them being completed shortly after. She asked all the right questions to ensure my details and needs were met with accuracy.

To my surprise, I ended up getting my most significant return in years! Needless to say, I was happy. A few days later, I ended up getting a late receipt for services, that I did not initially claim, so I thought I would pop back in and inquire options on this, as I thought it was too late to claim as my taxes were complete. To my surprise, Ms. Wang was a big help again and had proceeded to amend my taxes, add the claim and re-submit. This helped me out, even more.

I was happy and completely satisfied and would easily recommend her services in recommendation when tax season comes around or any other accounting services required. Great work and a big thank you to her for great services! Thank you!!
