Expect to be billed in duplicate and have to persist with the merchant to get the refund. Expect poor or nonexistent customer service. Expect to have difficulty accessing garage doors to enter or exit your property. They are very often obstructed by other parked vehicles even if parking is prohibited. Expect to have to find the owners of these vehicles to move them. Be aware of the time requested by the merchant to complete the rental of a room. Finally, do business with any other warehousing business.

Very bad service after being cheated for having made higher automatic payment errors than supposed I had to do steps near my bank to recover a little what I lost and the owner still owes me money. I gave up since he never cared about his mistakes and never apologized and he told me that his customer service was impeccable … he should have taken steps to correct his mistakes and this as soon as possible and there it would have made a difference. So I advise no one to encourage this business in addition to that it smells very bad, rather go to the mini-warehouses of Boisbriand they offer excellent service and even if you leave before the end of your lease it will reimburse the difference immediately !

No issues whatsoever. Clean and well kept. Bathrooms are ok. Parking is limited sometimes when I go, but it’s not a big deal. Owner is a cool guy. No issues this far.
