Samantha Simpson is immoral and that is just an understatement. She delayed email responses to opposing counsel, and would take days sometimes even weeks to get back to the opposing counsel, she stalled everything to get the opposing counsel impatient which made them think I was unreasonably stalling and that took the conflict to an all time high, she does this for her own financial gain because once the conflicts are high, there are more emails back and forth, more meetings between counsel, arbitrators and counsellors get involved, 90% of my invoice was due to Samantha Simpson driving up the conflict and purposefully stalling. her causing more conflict made the court process way longer and tense than it should have been, I constantly got hostile emails from opposing counsel telling me to cease the stalling and that it is obstructing legal procedures. She wasted a ton of my time negotiating which lasted over a year and cost me $267,958 which ended up in court anyways because the opposing counsel was fed up with the stalling. In court the opposing counsel accused me of unreasonably stalling the court process to waste everybody’s time and money and the judge was enraged by this, Samantha Simpson did not admit to stalling and the judge was extremely angered at me for something Samantha Simpson does regularly to bill clients in unethical ways. the judge ruled that I acted in bad faith by unreasonably stalling for 2.5 years and wasting my opposing party’s time and money, in his conclusion he said that this procedure should have taken no longer than a year at the most given its simplicity, I was court ordered to pay the opposing parties legal fees and it was over $210,000. Samantha Simpson deserves to be in-prisoned and at the very least have her bar license removed. It really takes a sociopath to be able to come up with these immoral strategies to make the most money off of clients at the clients expense. I have spoken to many past clients and they have had the exact same experience with the stalling, retaining this firm was one of the biggest regrets in my life, I have been financially destroyed and now have to sell my home which housed my daughter.
