One of the worst KFC I have ever seen in my life. There staff just look out of windows, ooh there is someone coming now we gotta work. I literally went last three days in a row around 9.00 pm & everytime they said we don’t have famous chicken now. Then I asked for zinger, they said it will take about 10 mins.

Whole staff needs to be changed😤😤

The staff tend to take care of the drive thru and ignore the inside dining room. I waited in a crowded dining room for 20 mins before even having someone come and take my order. They rushed orders for the drive thru and then cleaned tables in the dining room, from the time I walked in till I had a chance to order was 18 minutes, it then took another 15 minutes for my food. My lunch break was consumed by waiting.
The food was great, my order was made with no errors however the wait time was unacceptable, especially in a crowded dining room, they need enough staff to be able to take care of both!

At 8:40 at night you wouldn’t expect KFC to run out of chicken. We’re in your drive through right now, my hubby went to order a 4 piece chicken meal and was told it would be 35-40 min wait. How does KFC run out of chicken. 🙄 An hour and a half before closing?

Went to KFC on St Peter’s road for a 2 piece chicken combo took 15 minutes to get waited on and then another 15 minutes to get my meal and then get a table and sit down i realize i have no katshup, Took another 10 minutes to get that, I go back to my table and find i have no napkins, that took another 15 minutes, now i have 5 minutes to eat my lunch, The lady behind the counter couldn’t be anymore ignorant, I will never go back there,

Just ordered 2 of the spicy chicken sandwich ultimate boxes. It was literally the best fast food meal I ever had. KFC killed it with this meal! Also the staff were very nice and accommodating
