Great taste, fast service, would be great if they take phone orders.

I was about to make a complaint, as there are 2 sandwiches missing from my order. So I called in and they told me come and pick them up. Instead of giving me 2 sandwiches they offered me 3. Although there is a long line waiting, they gave me a priority to get them. Very good service, thank you.

I hate the fact that this location is the only one within delivery range because as much as I love KFC I absolutely hate ordering from this location. Be it pick up or delivery I have yet to order and not find something missing! Last order it was 4 tenders, 2 dips and 2 idv popcorns. Time b4 that it was a large fries (7$) that was missing. Before that it was a large gravy, 2 dips, 3 drinks and a “famous” Chicken sandwich. That last order I tried to get them to fix. Took 3 hours for the delivery guy to show up and he only brought the gravy and the sandwich. They also tend to use the wrong packaging, preferring to just throw everything into one of there large boxes rather then using the advertised buckets/other packaging.

Avoid this location if you can unless your ok with being ripped off.

Ate here for the second time in past few months. The first time was delivery and it took 2 hours. Which was understandable because it was some sort of day with a special. But they forgot the drinks and dipping sauce that came with our order.

Today we ordered online for pick up and it was prompt and the food was decent but they again forgot the dipping sauce. I’m not sure if it was intentional or they’re just forgetful.

Pieces of chicken were small

Went in and tried to order an advertised special. The counter person didn’t seem aware of the special. Finally she told me I had to order it online. I went outside to place my online order only to see a big poster in the window advertising the same special. Ordered online, waited and went in. While waiting for my pick-up another customer comes in and the counter girl offers her the special she told me they didn’t have. Extremely frustrating. This is specifically for the location on Victoria Park, not the franchise in general.
