Burned, dry, overcooked. Twice in a row. They lied and said we ordered well done chicken. Who orders well done chicken? What we asked for was all dark meat and up until these two occasions recently that has never been a problem at any location in Regina.

Haven’t been in awhile and it was a nice change. Just want to mention, please put utensils and wet naps in the bag so we didn’t have to go back in.

After receiving the absolute worst KFC order in my life at Rochdale regina, the manager was an absolute failure too (I’m being polite about him).
Head office sent a full replacement to McCarthy BLVD for us, the food was 100 times better accept they only filled our family size fries half way. The bad part again was management, I called in before 6pm and ordered, I was told 20 minutes so went and were told another 5 minutes so we waited and waited and waited, car after car ordered and left. 7pm we finally have food. The girl working told me the manager never started our food until after people who came after us. I asked to have him come see me, he never didn’t.
Who trains these useless managers?

Where to begin? First, the guy working the drive thru told me that what I always order, a hot wings meal, wasn’t on the menu. So I had to order the wings, fries and drink separately. I also had to tell him that the 4 piece meal came with a side because he didn’t ask. It is supposed to come with fries, one small side and a drink. Then I get home to find that there were no fries with that meal. The gravy was water with no flavour. The hot wings were cold. Only good thing I can say about my experience was that it was somewhat edible. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT KFC.

Newly renovated location is very clean. I was happy to see all staff wearing masks. Social distance markers and health protocols were clearly posted. It took a minute before staff came to the counter. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the new plant based sandwich meal, and it was excellent. After 20 years of avoiding KFC as a vegetarian, I feel I could go to this location fairly often and be happy.
