My partner of 16 years passed away almost 5 years ago. Final payments of her estate still have not been distributed.
Its just ridiculous. Its difficult enough trying to move forward, how can there be any closure?

Very unprofessional lawyer. He represented me in a house purchase several years ago. When there were troubles with the transaction wherein the vendors didn’t follow through with their agreement he simply disappeared. Weeks later I got a message from him saying he does not do litigation… not that I had requested.
Don’t bother with this guy.
