Great staff; helped my daughter to get ready for her prom!

Wouldn’t recommend this store if you’re expecting any sort of customer service.

I have loved this store since I was a teen. Still love it. Staff is always attentive, and friendly.

I used to work at Le Chateau (in London) and I had it drilled into my head that I needed to give the best customer service and give customers my full attention. Here, they do the exact opposite. Step it up, guys, cmon. Have some life.

My daughter and I went to the Brantford Lynden Park Mall Le Chateau. We were looking for a dress for a wedding. We went straight to the mall after work. Because of the way we were dressed the girls did acknowledge us. They greeted all other customers but us. No customer service what so ever
