We had switched insurance companies to Locke insurance and we can’t say how pleased we are with Sarah! She does a fantastic job. Has excellent customer service and gets back to us in a timely manner. She has cut our insurance more then 1/2 from our last insurance company.

Fantastic broker -Sarah and her team are responsive, professional and understand our family’s needs. When situations changed for us (winter tires, basement leak, COVID rate changes), Sarah was quick to help get adjustments or solutions to truly help us. PLUS she was able to save us several hundred when we moved from our previous insurance company (Desjardins). Definitely give Locke’s a call!

called twice to get a quote for house insurance. I was told they would get back to me in a few days. Never did hear back from them, so i called them back the 2nd time and again didn’t hear back for over a week .
I guess they don’t need new clients. So the 3rd time I called I told them to forget about the quote. which I guess they must have already done that.
total wait time 16 days …. priceless

I was referred to Locke Insurance Brokers by a family friend. I was to take possession of my new home on April 1. I phoned my previous broker over 2 weeks before my closing date to set up my insurance. They didn’t return calls and kept jerking me around (nice customer service for a client of 20 years). I was literally down to 4 days before my possession and still didn’t have insurance. Thanks to the fantastic work of Sarah, she got me my house insurance, cheaper car insurance and had it all done prior to my close. I can’t recommend this broker enough. Excellent customer service and just all around a great experience. If you have any insurance needs this is the place to go!
