The store was amazing. So many people to help. Everywhere you turned, there was someone to help and everyone was extremely friendly and anxious to help you look for anything you needed. Very clean and well organized and well priced. I’d go here anytime. Service was #1.

Had absolutely amazing service from Zoya when I stopped in to look at appliances. She went above and beyond in her level of customer service and I would definitely return to shop there because of her. Great store, great staff.

We tried using our Lowe’s credit that we previously were approved for. After not being able to find our account we were told to apply again because it was cancelled. After applying and affecting our credit score we were told there was a existing account. After waiting a hr I spoke to the manager (Jeff I believe). As a customer service Rep he was completely useless, offering no way to remedy the situation, instead just telling me it’s the credit companies issue and pretty much to deal with it. At other Lowe’s locations they would at least try to make the customer happy, but obviously different territories have different standards. How someone like that made it to management amazes me.

I never feel ignored in this store. The staff are always willing to help with anything that I may need.

I love this hardware store the selection is huge, and the pricing is very competitive if not cheaper. But the quality is great, it is big and very impressively clean. but there biggest asset are the associates they are knowledgeable and caring and want to help as well as it is not hard to find one who will help.my wife and I love to go in at least once a month to Rome around and see if there is a good sale on something we need. and no the flyers are ease but we love to look at all the great stuff. thanks lows
