I do not recommend their service. Poorest customer service, irresponsible, not knowing the concept of remotely sending flowers and they are dishonest with client.
I ordered the deluxe ” Dance With Me Bouquet With Red Roses” from the “Canada day” menu to congratulate a special one for their first Canada day.
I called and spoke with Linda and she confirmed they have the red roses. I ordered on the phone and paid 102$ for this and they delivered with tiny pink roses instead of red roses!
When I called to complain, They said they didn’t have red roses and that she had not checked the stock when she confirmed they can deliver!
I asked for delivering the right thing or refunding half of the amount, instead they called the receiver to send back the gift for them to replace the pink roses with red!!!! Without even calling me who had paid for this.
Totally ruined the spirit of this plan.
They also lied about their delivery service being outsourced. It’s not.
Very poor customer service. Not honest. Not accepting or even apologizing for their mistakes.
If you do not have red roses in stock, why do you have a CANADA day menu full of red roses arrangements on your website.
