I get the whole inconvenience of the Wuhan flu , what doesn’t make sense here is the bankers hours this outlet keeps. Defiantly not inline with the Working Demographics up here. I would love to buy some new boots but This place is always closed early. Even those who are off at 6 pm cant make it in from one of the many Oil sands projects and outages currently operating in the region.

Terrible customer service. Tried to exchange a pair of boots I purchased, for a larger size, they declined to do so. When I purchased the boots initially, the staff informed me that I had 100 days to return or exchange them. They did not honor this commitment. Will not be purchasing any more products from Mark’s. I encourage others to do so as well.
