Assistance from staff locating items, advising on product comparisons and even checking out was friendly and courteous.

I’ve been shopping here for a decade. They have almost everything one needs as a mid-size grocery store. Regular prices are generally fine (better than Loblaws) and they always have some good sales. The service is great; there’s always some employee around you can ask a question to. Staff are “real” people, making this store feel like a real community hub. Lines never get that long. I like that it takes less time to shop here because of the size and the logical organization and layout. They’ve generally managed to handle changes needed by the 2020 pandemic safely and efficiently. Bravo!

Poor customer service. Staff at the front only seem to care about socializing. They don’t clean cashes after every customer every time I’ve been there during this pandemic. Smaller store so don’t expect the biggest variety but have a bit of everything. Needs better signage during sales.

I was here to pick up a few snacks and it was good. Store was clean, and staff is really friendly! It’s a smaller Metro but I can’t really put too much blame on them for that. The reason for 4 stars is that with COVID going on the lines for the cash registers are not very well planned out, and it becomes confusing quickly.

I live around the corner so sometimes I drop in only to be reminded that the produce & deli are consistently rotten below the surface. It’s only good if you need non perishable items unfortunately. Cashiers there are good but that’s about it.
