Every single time I walk in to Mr Pet’s, I am greeted with a cheerful welcome and offer to assist if needed. I wish all retail companies made you feel that way when you walked in!! They have the most friendly and helpful stuff I’ve ever seen in a pet store.
One day I came in with a sprained ankle and one of the staff members noticed and insisted in carrying the dog food I bought out to my vehicle for me. So helpful!!!

To the average person this place looks nice. But to someone who knows what actually good quality care looks like. This place does not meet the mark. Skeletons in multiple fish tanks, tanks with not enough water, reptiles with health conditions and much more. Most of the rodents aren’t even labelled correctly. Please spend your money elsewhere.
