I’ve only been to this store twice but each time I’ve been met with helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and have what you’re looking for.

Amazing customer service, quite a good collection for street wear they got all the trendy stuff.
They could work on their social media response though.

both items ordered were not in stock despite accepting my money a week ago and me chasing after them inquiring where my tracking number is. They’ve issued a refund but never ordering from here again. Why bother when your stock does not reflect inventory.

Ordered shoes for PICK-UP at the Ottawa store. Instead, they shipped it to the billing address of the credit card I used (which is 8hrs away.) I called them to get it all sorted out and it was the WORST customer service experience i’ve ever had. Will never give them any business again; better off going to foot locker.

I’ve purchased 20+ pieces from NRML in the past, and I want to root for Canadian/Ottawa companies. But wow; their customer service is comically poor. They shipped me pants with security device still on, and after suggesting they send a prepaid shipping invoice to take off the device and send them back (multiple emails), they still haven’t done so after months since buying. Lost a loyal customer.
