third time in like a span of two months the ppl at the counter screwed up my very basic instruction of asking something to be packed separately and then offering absolutely nothing to recompense for the situation, instead shrugging going “i already did…” ???? lmao ok thank you that helps nothing

We went to take our kids out for lunch as a treat. Wanted to try something new for them and so we went to Opa. We order their meals and 2 ice water. When we paid, I checked the receipt and we were charged $4.81 for two ice water. The lady who served us did not say anything about the charge when we were ordering. I asked her why and she said it was for the cups. $4.81 for 2 disposable cups. I told her I wanted a refund and she did so immediately without any issues. She had rung it in as “combo pop” apparently that is how it is done for water…
Both ladies wore masks, however, we realized after that the lady cooking the food did not wear her mask over her nose effectively making the mask redundant.
When we entered the restaurant there were 2 customers eating their lunch, and left shortly after we arrived. The table was not sanitized during the 35 minutes we were there. Tables were decently spaced.

Food is always delicious! However, staff members are professional, pleasant and amazing!

Excellent portions. I ordered a chicken souvlaki OPA! Platter, with a salad dressing swap due to allergies.

When I requested information about allergens in foods, the till employee immediately grabbed the printed chart and looked it up. There was a slight miscommunication between the employees and they almost gave me the dressing I could not eat safely, but I confirmed and the mistake was caught and corrected.

The lettuce was fresh and crisp, the lemon potato delicious. The chicken was tender and tasty, the naan fluffy and fresh baked tasting, the rice was the same as everytime I go to OPA!
