Had my car in for an oil change last week. The (almost new) battery needed to be boosted before I could drive it home. They were able to get it back in quickly, ran a bunch of electrical system tests at no cost to me and ended up having to replace the battery. Hopefully it’s not going to happen again… The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We bought a car from Mark two weeks ago and today the car would not start. After BCAA started the car we called Mark and Orchard Ford installed a new battery for us. Where do I start to express how amazing the sales team was at Orchard? What an incredible experience buying a vehicle. I’ve bought two vehicles here so far and will never go anywhere else. Our first experience with Mike buying our Ford transit was so easy and comfortable, he worked with our budget and between him and Mario they gave us the best price they could. Our second experience just solidified there is no other dealership like them around. Barry helped walk me through all the vehicles within my price range along with showing me the ins and outs of what the vehicle has to offer.
