I drive a ram 1500 my oil change normally cost 85 dollar for SAE 5W-20 but recently my last oil change they put 5w-20 full synthetic into my truck and now my truck never been the same and they never told me I found out the hard way by looking at the bill and so I called them up and ask if I can get another oil change and come to find out that it gonna cost 110 dollars for the oil change same price as synthetic. I am sorry but if manutfracter state my truck is conventional oil you don’t put in synthetic oil big mistake so now I have to travel 1 hour away just to do an oil change way over the 5000 km mark thanks dodge never going to get my service done here I would be afraid that there gonna rip me off
