Not the best experience here today. I purchased the cleaning kit and asked how to use it. The associate did not know and told me to read the instructions. She then leaned over and told her colleague that I asked how to use the kit and that she didn’t know. Her colleague looked at me and didn’t say anything (she was not assisting another customer).

I ended up at limeridge mall to pick something up and decided to pop into the pandora there. They were more than accommodating.

It could have been 5 stars but the lady who actually helped me didn’t look like she wanted to be there. All I can say is if you don’t like your job, don’t be there :)

If I could give them less I would. I understand that they are franchise owned so as soon as you bring in something from website or actual store they can’t help in anyway. Not even willing to help you call customer service or anything. They are not very pleasant to deal with and don’t like to be asked many questions or anything. Really soured my view of the brand. Limeridge Pandora on the other hand is fantastic to deal with in comparison. Better go out of your way to another Pandora store than go here.

I will NEVER return to purchase anything from this store. The customer service is terrible. I have never been treated as poorly as I was today. All I was doing was picking up a birthday gift. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Some of the staff at this location was very rude. I always been to limeridge mall location and they are Wonderful.
