With the exception of a few of the staff that have been there for many years, I find the new staff to be rude. I went in yesterday late afternoon (March 30th) because I needed a few items and the man working behind the counter was beyond rude. I understand we need to keep our distance but there is no need to throw my purchases and receipt at me (even though there is a plastic barrier between them and the customers). The worst customer service I have ever seen!

Quick and easy close to my rental car company so makes it easy to get gas before i reutn the AVIS rental car. Narrow spots but I drive with ease also has the tire air pressure unit which has come in very handy when its winter time

Employees are not wearing masks inside. There was a guy from the back office that is always walking around the store right next to people (it’s really small inside). I asked him about it, he said he doesn’t have to wear it because he’s an office worker, nor do the cash attendants because ‘they’re behind (plexi) glass’, which there is a small area covered but that doesn’t preclude the individual from gearing up like everyone else especially given the tight confines of the store. They are also not enforcing the must wear mask policy, nor are they enforcing the limited number of people in the small confined space. It’s not possible to distance inside.

The gas price is usually cheaper but I believe the car washing machine isn’t working well. Draining is not good.
