We just had our hot tub delivered by Jay and Mark. They were super friendly and made sure that we were completely happy with the location, hot tub set up, and all of our questions were answered before leaving. We had a great experience from start to finish!

Service has been top notch and I would highly recommend using Josh if interested in getting a pool installed. We got our pool installed this year and Josh has been great every step of the way. Very responsive and knowledgeable to help navigate the process. All pioneer people we have dealt with are always friendly and willing to explain what they are doing. This is the place to go to get a pool installed.

Good experience from start to finish but have to say the deliver technician was great! So helpful, explained everything clearly, really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Tub is filling right now, looking forward to first dip!

We had a great experience from sales to delivery. Brady our hot tub salesman always kept us informed of the status of our hot tub and also the delivery service was great. They were very knowledgable and told us all about the hot tub setup on-site a very friendly experience from start to finish. Thanks again everyone involved!!!

Fantastic customer service. My hot tub was green and she Gave me the products I needed which were under $25 and it was cleared up hours later. She also gave me some free tester strips and she was super friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she had long hair with some purple in her hair. Thank you very much. I called the store to let them know that your customer service was fantastic and I really appreciated the clear hot tub LOL.
