Valerie (Pneu Econo employee) was incredibly understanding and helpful when it came time to exchange a set of winter rims & tires I purchased from Pneu Econo in October for a car I was supposed to take delivery of in December, but never received.

Forced to make a different choice in make & model of car, resulting in a different rim and tire size, I thought I’d be stuck with what I purchased. I took a chance and reached out to Pneu Econo to explain my situation. Valerie was hesitant at first because it was now the end of January, when tire retailers begin converting their inventories to summer tires, but after a few calls to suppliers, she agreed to exchange them.
