This shop is located at Eastgate Ford. Good service and staff are friendly. No appointment needed. You can look at all of the new Ford car& trucks while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. They have a nice waiting room.

Very slow service this time. Installers talk to each other during auto servicing and don’t seem paying attention to the job. I’m wondering how this attitude can impact safety when installing tires.

Fantastic mechanic shop. I always get my work done here. From oil changes to seasonal tire swaps. Excellent service and personnel. Love the people here!

The service advisor Mike T. Is an amazing guy, but unfortunately everything ends there. One of the tire technician is awful, I’m not going to name him, but he told me that he can’t balance the wheels and I need to change the rims. After waisting my time for 2 days , I went to another tire shop and guess what ,they where able to balance the wheels and not replacing the rims that are still good. Thank you Mike for your help !
