Super friendly bunch!

We contacted RC Adams Glass at the end of June to get screens put in. They came out and did the measuring. It was about three weeks before we heard back. A guy came out to install them except none of them (except for one) fit. While he was here we asked for a quote for two windows and a door in pet protected screen. After he’d adjusted all the measurements he told us he’d put a rush on them. After waiting another couple of weeks I got fed up and called. Our screens were just sitting there and they’d gone ahead and done the pet screens without giving us the quotes. Icing on the cake was that they’d done the door too but not in pet mesh, just regular mesh. Again we waited. It wasn’t until I called and complained to the manager that some level of importance was put on our order. We spent the summer baking because these guys couldn’t get themselves sorted out. The screens got put in yesterday and it’s a great final product but the hassle of it and the length of time involved was brutal. All the guys who came out to the house were nice and friendly but man oh man it was all just a gong show. I’ve never had any experience like it and I hope I never do again.

My girlfriend had a door replaced by RC Adams glass it was a very poor install they cut the alarm wires and never fix them then tried to pass off a used door for a new door. No sealant was used around the door and last fall when it rained water was pouring in. she complained over 3 months ago they came over and looked at it and said yeah we’ll see what we can do, nothing they haven’t called her back or done the repairs very disappointed and poor workmanship would not recommend them again

Had a break in the night before. Within 3 hours of calling, they had the window replaced. Very responsive and professional.
