I had a technician come out and explain to me in detail what was wrong with my furnace and that it would need replacing. About an hour later Jamie came out and took measurements of the house and even brought some space heaters to keep the house warm until the furnace gets replaced. Both the technician and Jamie we’re very professional and polite.I really appreciate how quick they got things going .Specially with winter almost here.

We’ve had issue after issue the past few years with our furnace and AC and on Friday it broke down. The circuit board was fried for the second time due to a leak. We had two other smaller companies come out to do repairs over the last few years, but no one ever really fixed the actual issue. We decided to call Reliance who had a tech come out Saturday and we decided to look at getting a new system rather than paying for a new circuit board and other parts again for our aging system. The tech was great and called his colleague who came out the next hour! She was awesome (Alicia S). Never did we feel pressured by her. She took a lot of time to go through everything and answer our questions. We got our furnace and ac today installed by Ryan and Lou who were also awesome!! Everyone from Reliance has been so nice to us and they are reliable! We won’t be messing around anymore lol we will just call Reliance. They really turned what could have been a much more stressful situation into an easy, stress free experience. Ryan was so personable and friendly and really took the time to make sure I understood the new thermostat as well as other tips. Very happy that we called Reliance, it was meant to be for sure. I feel that the value was very good too especially with the promo that is on right now.

Our unit broke down and Jamie was there that afternoon helping us purchase new units. He never rushed us and he went over everything very thoroughly. He was even able to come back the next day when we decided we wanted to change our contract! The customer service is incredible as well, I’m glad I never have to wait on hold and that I can speak to someone right away. Very happy with the service guys also! They’re so knowledgeable, friendly and they truly want to help you out. All around great experience from everyone involved! Thank you Jamie, Sean, and Brian!
