Fantastic customer service from Dr. Pedlar and his team. Everyone is friendly and the facilities are top notch, especially the new protective enhancements to minimize any risk from Covid. Been to many Dentists but this is the best, by far.

As a new patient to the practice, I was impressed by how friendly, and welcoming the staff were. The COVID precautions taken throughout the office were exceptional, and because of this I was able to have a proper polishing. My first visit was for a cleaning and scaling with Robbi and she was extremely professional and explained all procedures as she went along. Based on my experience, I would most definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to others.

Due to the pandemic restrictions it had been quite a while since I had a dental appointment. When I went in for a cleaning on February 2 this week I was pleased to see the physical changes in the office to ensure patient safety. I felt very comfortable and safe due to the changes and the Covid protocols being followed.
Darlene at reception was her usual welcoming and efficient self. Marlene, the hygienist, was very professional as well as personable and this allowed me to feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would recommend her treatment to any patient. All in all a positive experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pedlar for many years and he has taken excellent care of my teeth and has always given me excellent advice.
Laura and Barb are attentive and cheerful and make you feel relaxed when being treated. Also Tammy and Darleen on the front desk are very pleasant and helpful.
