Called Lockmedic Montreal and 10 minutes later they arrived. Within 2 minutes using their special tools the door was opened.
The speed with which they arrived and serviced the door was amazing.

Responsive, came late, but OVERLY expansive. Seems to put on a show to make it look like it’s difficult and worth it. I was in hurry that morning so I let him extort me of $200 for 10min work (elsewhere was less than $40). He could have unlock the door in 30s but put on some show for 5min.
