As the expression says so well “it doesn’t cost much but it doesn’t cost much”. Very complicated to communicate with him, does not understand anything, does not read emails. He does not open the attachments and ignores the documents while in the email it says “here is such an attachment”.

Please do not do business with Sylvain Lesieur, he makes mistakes and refuses to assume.
