I am very much one that looks at and reads reviews before I purchase from a place.Having bought from Sini Bakes a few times over the last year I was very surprised to see the bad review.I really think that the quality of the products offered are exceptional. The crepe cake is so delicious I can only buy one piece at a time. Too much temptation. I don’t think that most people understand the type of ingredients Sini uses, real butter and whipping cream, top quality chocolate.Maybe the negative reviewer wasn’t used to such high quality stuff. Asian baking can be very different to that which we North Americans are used to.The cake is of a lighter consistency and the icing is not as sweet.Having said all of this I would like tosay that I will continue to buy my specialty baked goods from this shop knowing that my guests and I will not be let down .

Purchased cupcakes for a loved one’s birthday and received them in poor packaging. Owners were very condescending and lacked customer service when asked politely to switch the packaging to the white box displayed on their website. Owners refused and made up several lies to not provide me with one until I asked for a refund. The lack of common decency and professionalism was very shocking and unheard of. If you are considering giving them any business at all, please take it elsewhere because they falsely advertise, and they simply voice that they do not care for your business. Do not waste your money on cupcakes that are double the price and taste and appear as ones you could buy from your local Food Basics.

Amazing service! Ordered a Louis Vuitton Birthday Cake that was beautiful executed perfectly! The baker was extremely communicative and provided information on all the features of the cake and how it would be prepared! The cake looked wonderful and tasted great! The staff and owner also were really nice and provided some treats during their customer appreciation month! Would definitely recommend!

This place is the best bakery ever! Sini is beyond talented at what she does. She has created some of the loveliest cakes I have ever seen. She will go through every detail with you until it’s just right. As soon as I brought out cakes from Sini Bakes to place on the table, my husband and my son ran right over. Lava cakes, box cakes, Mille crepe… I love every kinds of cakes there. So happy they stayed open through the pandemic. I highly recommend this bakery!

Stopped by to try my first ever crepe cake! I had the earl grey and loved it. It was light and fluffy while being very rich in flavour. Perfect amount of sweetness and tea strength for me and the texture of the layers was so unique and fun. The girl who helped me was very nice. I’ll definitely be returning to try more crepe cake flavours and other baked goods!
