Great shoe store. Good quality and better sales.

I have been in this store a few times over a span of a couple years and every time I go in there are always more than enough staff working and none of them ever greet you let alone help you. For the price of the shoes there should be some customer service.

My wife has had no luck any time she has gone there. This most recent time there was four people working, only one other customer in the store and she still had to go to the register to ask for help. The reaction was a roll of her eyes, a tilt of her head and a lousy overall attitude. Ended up purchasing nothing with no desire to return.

Sry.. don’t like giving bad reviews , but heard from other people great sandals. First pair I bought cut in to the sides of my feet and gave me blisters. Second pair I bought half a size bigger same thing so now $140 later I’m wearing socks with the sandals. Probably would have been best to go to a cheaper store. :-(

Typically my go to shoe store. Poor customer service today. I was the only customer in the store. 3 employees. I was there to buy specific boots and wasn’t able to get proper assistance.
