I have had the worst customer service experience with this accounting firm. More than a month and no return calls or e-mail exchanges when this had been agreed with the accountant. I had to call by myself 3 times to have news and the last time I expressed my dissatisfaction to them, while the accountant mentions to me that he will not fight with me and that he passed to another call when I had just mentioned to him that I had been doing business with Soluce for several years. No professionalism, it is inadmissible as a service. It’s over for me, I would do business with a firm that takes its customers to heart.
