Drinks were good. They had some very cute coffee mugs but outrageously priced :(

Good coffee, made to custom orders is the brand, worth the price to many. But the one across from the hospital where I work closes mobile orders before shift change when we need it. The lost art of customer service would dictate that a business would amp up to serve they’re most frequent and loyal clientele. Disappointing Starbucks. For that I subtract a star.

What a pleasure coming through the drive thru this morning. Jai was on the drive thru taking orders! Such a treat first thing in the morning. So much excitement and joy, great customer service! Im not even from Spruce Grove but I’ll definitely be back to hopefully catch Jai another morning!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes while it was quite busy for my order. when everyone else was receiving their orders I only got 2 of the 3 drinks I had ordered. Waited some more only to realize they forgot to make the 3rd one. Needless to say I wasted almost 45 min of my day
