Used the drive through. Pretty efficient operation..

The girl on drive-thru today was super funny and gave me a good laugh. Nice. Plus gave me info on syrups I can buy.

It seems to me that the day staff is much friendlier, cheerful and quicker than the evening staff (thats why 4 stars not 5) Its always nice and clean inside and there is ample space between seating. The patio is a good size.

This is the only Starbucks that has baristas that will argue with you about how you are ordering your drinks instead of just making them the way you want! I have literally never had a problem at any of their other locations. Bad attitude in general for the staff here. The location is inconvenient to drive out of as well. Avoid this location! Luckily there are many other Starbucks in Kelowna because I won’t be going back to this one 👎🏼

Nothing wrong with this location. Entrances are not convenient. It has a tendency to be on the dirtier side and there is an attitude, and not one of arrogance like so many other Starbucks. As an FYI, I still call coffees small, medium & large.
